Trademark Protection

The PRAJAPITA BRAHMA KUMARIS trademarks are the exclusive property of the PRAJAPITA BRAHMA KUMARIS MEDITATION CENTER in the United States.  The PRAJAPITA BRAHMA KUMARIS MEDITATION CENTER maintains ownership of any trademarks, service marks, marks, logos, insignias, seals, designs, or other symbols or devices associated with or referring to PRAJAPITA BRAHMA KUMARIS .  Besides common law rights, the “PRAJAPITA BRAHMA KUMARIS” mark is protected by trademark registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office in the Department of Commerce.

Policy

All uses of the PRAJAPITA BRAHMA KUMARIS name, marks and logos must be approved in writing by the PRAJAPITA BRAHMA KUMARIS MEDITATION CENTER Board of Directors.  No verbal approval will be valid.  Use of the PRAJAPITA BRAHMA KUMARIS name and marks include, but is not limited to, opening of a Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Meditation Center and/or U.S. state registration of Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Meditation Center.
